2 I can't hear anything from my speakers!
I am trying to play a song with my phone, but I can't hear anything. What's going on?

Check to make sure your phone is not connected to a separate device via Bluetooth . It may still be connected to a household device so it is not using the internal speaker.
The phone may also think it is still connected to your headphones. Try plugging your headphones into the 3.5 mm jack and move them around before unplugging them. This could reset the phone and allow you to use the speaker.
Use a ESD safe brush to to clean out the speaker grille or headphone jack to remove any possible blockage that may hinder audio output or mimic a headphone being connected.
