Camera not working when switched on
When my camera is switched on the welcome screen appears with the HP logo there after the screen goes blank and the device wont work.

Hi,
Try a power reset and see if this resolves your problem.
1. Remove the memory card and turn on the camera.
2. Open the battery compartment and remove the batteries.
3. Wait at least ten seconds.
4. Reinsert the batteries and turn on the camera.
When the camera is turned on, you will be prompted to reset the date and time.
