sparking after replacing brushes
after putting new brushes in my drill it is trowing off a lot sparks where brushes make contact

@leitj , john, this could be normal until brushes seat them selves/wear in. Run drill for a while and see if sparking lessons overtime if not take apart and clean and smooth armature where brushes ride, lightly sand with 400 grit sand paper(not to much) and blow clean, reassemble and try.
