Hi,

Go online to your mobile phone service provider's website and search for 'extend ringing time code'.

Each service provider has their own particular code that has to be dialled from the phone to extend the ringing time.

For most service providers the default time is 15 seconds and it can be extended up to 30 seconds in 5 second intervals.

Here are two examples:

If you were connected to Telstra (an Australian phone service provider) you would dial the code **61*101** 25 # to have your phone ring for 25 seconds or **61*101**15# for 15 seconds

If you were connected to Optus (another provider) you would have to dial the code **61* (insert your phone number)**25# then press send or call to have your phone ring for 25 seconds.
