Why is my phone not charging? Doesn't even turn on.

My battery drained and when I got home it was at 1%. I plugged the phone to start to charge the battery and I went to sleep. The next day I realized that the phone was still on but the battery was still at 1%. I had the terrible idea of trying to restart it. After it switched off it never came back. It doesn't even shows the orange light when it's plugged but sometimes it randomly vibrates.

I've tried to leave it charging, I tried to turn it on pressing the volume buttons, I tried unmounting the battery and remounting it but never worked. Any ideas?

Options

Try a different charger to see it will charge if you still get random vibrations it could possibly be the battery is shot or the phone

I tried different chargers, different cables. Same result. If I try to turn it on just with the power button it starts to vibrate every minute more or less. If I press the power + the volume buttons it stops vibrating. But the charging light is always off.
