Is it Possible to increase the hard drive?

I have MackBook Pro 13.3" Mid 2012

My processor is 2.9 GHz Intel core i7

I want to replace the CD to SSD hard drive

Is it good even when I have 1 TB SATA Disk.

Or this will not be efficient to my device.

If there is no problem, is it okey to have 512 GB SSD or how much ?

Do not put the SSD into the optical drive bay. The BUS speed is slower on the optical bay. Put your current hard drive in that bay. Put the SSD into the normal hard drive slot and use it as your boot drive. As to size, it's according to how many Apps and music you have and use on a regular basis. Use the old drive for storage. Personally I found a 256 SSD filling up on me within a month but I also have Adobe Master Suite and lots of diagnostic apps so a 256 was a lille small after a month of use. For optimum performance, I like to leave 25% of my boot drive clear as many Apps use it for temporary "scratch pad" storage.

so it will be okey to have 500 GB SSD as the original drive along with my 1 TB as secondary drive even if my RAM 8 GB or should I make it 16?

You'll be fine with just the SSD. RAM upgrade will help if you are using large programs like Adobe puts out that can even utilize that extra RAM.
