Only you can see is the lenovo logo

When I remove my SD card and turn my phone off. My phone is broken. Every time I open it you can just see the lenovo over and over again. I searched for how to reset my phone and then I reset it and it restart and again you can just see the logo. I don't know what to do? should I have to repair it? Please help me.

Hi, What happens if you put the SD Card back in again and start the phone? Also what is the model number of the phone?

Hi, When you say that you reset it, was it a hard reset (also known as a factory reset or restore)? Did you perform the first method shown in this link to reset the phone? http://www.hardreset.info/devices/lenovo...

I did it but still the same, everytime it restart or I turn it on, the logo will appear and then it will happen again and again

Hi, Try the hard reset again BUT this time select wipe cache partition instead and see if that works.

If it doesn't you may have to reflash the ROM

Hi @khacy1208 ,

Here are two links that detail how to reinstall the stock ROM in your phone.

They are both the same except the first is with pictures and the second just describes what to do.

Ensure before you do this, if you can, that the phone's battery is either fully charged or not less than 70% charge remaining.
