MacBookPro- How to remove damaged screws mounting the HDD n its Cable?

Hi! There. I've got a Macbook Pro 15" Mid 2009 Model. The screws inside of my Mac which mount the Hard Drive n support it as well as the screws which fix the HDD Cable to the body are damaged. They are Phillips screws, but because of my previous trials to unscrew them with some unfitting screwdrivers the cross on the head of the screws are damaged and in one of them it has become almost a rounded pit, so none of the screwdrivers fit in to it, anymore. I have attached the pictures of them below. Please help me with this problem and please reply me if you have some solutions for the same.

Thank You.

At this point I would take it to a professional. It appears that whoever worked on this machine lifts to much weight and uses to heavy a hand to work on delicate parts.

Some Screws seem that it can be removed by a Bigger Philips screw driver to get the adequate grip ...or else you may use a screw remover tool to remove the same . You may purchase it on the internet or at the local hardware store.

Hope this Helps.
