Short answer: Maybe

The tools needed are going to heavily depend on the skill and experience of the tech and more importantly, what jobs you are taking on. Would those tools fix a Lightning port? Maybe. Would they fix a backlight filter? Probably not. There is no one solution for everyone. Each tech has their own way of doing things. But using cheap tools like that is a good way to ensure that you and your techs will fail.

Amscope, Hakko, Amtech. There is a reason these companies are in business even though they charge so much. When your life is lived a fraction of a millimeter at a time, you need quality and precision. But then again, maybe you have more skill than I do and you can solder a .5mm part with a 5mm tip and digital zoom on a scope using flux that is yellow. I have no idea.

So again: Maybe.

My level is beginner, and thank you so much for answering. Mind telling me tools I would need for logic board repairs?

A good scope. Stereo at least.

A good micro soldering station. Hakko is the gold standard.

Lots of good flux. Clear flux, tacky flux, lots of flux. I like flux.

Leaded and unleaded solder. Chip Quik comes in handy a lot.

Tweezers. Lots of good tweezers.

Lighting. You need good lighting.

A stress ball to throw at the wall when you screw up. Because you will screw up. I screw up every single day.

iFixit has a pretty good video series on youtube for micro soldering. Check those out to get some ideas on what specific tools you might like. But just be ready, the stuff isn't cheap and you are never done buying tools.
