2 Why can't I take any videos, but I can still take pictures?
I can still take pictures, but the video function won't record or the video will cut off suddenly?

The camera has a video button on the top of the camera. The button is silver with a red circle in the middle with a video cartoon next to it. Try pressing the video setting button before you take the picture.
If this solution doesn't work, the memory card may be too full to take a video. Try downloading the images to your computer and clearing the memory card to create memory space. Hope this helps!
