Network Connection, no service

I have done done all updates. I even did ##72786# I still can not get my signel. Sometimes it's at 3G an at other time's it Say's no service.I don't have Wi-Fi yet. I am tired of not getting to use my phone the way I want. I pay to much money fir monthly servace for me not to ues it right. Please help me figure this out. Thanks

Have you tried your SIM card in another known working network compatible phone to see if it works OK?

Have you tried another known working network compatible SIM card in your phone to see if your phone is OK?

Can you see 'other networks' with your phone? Go to Settings > Wireless and Networks > more > mobile Networks > manual search, to prove that your phone can detect network signals.

How long have you had the phone?
