My Internet isn't working

I have a galaxy note 2 from my brother, when I want to activate the mobile data, isn't working, I have signal but when I want to switch on wcdma, my signal is lost.... And if I let on GSM network, the data isn't active

So your just go out from your house and try it at any other place may be in your place its not giving good network strength and try to reset your phone it will work after reseted the fon if it will not then take it to the store and gave it to the mobo technician and tell him all the problem and try to install the new operating system.
