Something weird in my screen

I dropped my phone. The next day it had a black line going across it horizontally. Then the line turned white then grey. Then the colors started all over again. It doesn't affect anything about my phone though. Is it the LCD? Can it be fixed?

It's the LCD that is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Yes it can be fixed by replacing the screen.

You can buy a replacement screen from iFixit here if you want to fix it yourself:

Here is a guide on how to replace the screen:

But will it disappear if I just replace the screen?

Does the touch screen still work as of now? Is this a horizontal grey bar line at the top of the screen?

If the screen has no cracks or noticeable physical damage with touch screen not working and grey bar then I'm afraid it's actually the touch IC chip that has gone bad on the logic board instead which requires board level micro soldering to replace so you might want to take it to someone that offers touch IC replacements for iPhone 6.

I can still use it with no problem but the line is getting thicker and starts showing some green on it

Yes it is in the top part of the screen
