I was watching Netflix and I got an error code "kmode exception not handled" and that it needed to restart itself which it's done once before so I wasn't too worried and when it was restarting it was updating then it restarted the last time and now it won't turn on. The blue power light comes on and so does the light when I plug in the cord but it won't go past the blue screen. The acer logo isn't even coming up.

@ny124 , Ny, may have a software driver/configuration/ update issue. Try rebooting and tapping the F8 key. If you get to a boot options screen, try last known good configuration. If that doesn’t help, try getting into (safe mode). There you can fix driver issues or uninstall any new programs or updates that may have caused the system not to load or try system restore to when computer worked OK.
