The external speaker on my Chromo Noria has not created any sound through video playback or music! I can't figure out what's going wrong. Please help, thanks!

Hey, thanks for posting! The first thing I would recommend is rebooting the device if you haven't already; sometimes strange software glitches can cause it to malfunction and stop.
