Pwr&alarm alternate 10 flashes.Error B200-201. How fixit?

How fix error B200-201?

Ink cartridges full & secure. Carriage moves normally. Wont initiate print or copy .

No repair attempted. No evident damage.

clean the printer head. it that doesn't work you need to replace it. but it's the same price as a new printer. And there is the chance that it might not work.
