If you are unable to hear audio when your headphones are connected to your laptop you should make sure your headphones are properly working by testing them with another audio playing device. If they are properly working, the audio jack in your computer may have become loose preventing you from hearing any sound. Look at the Asus K53E-BBR7 troubleshooting page at Asus K53E-BBR7 Troubleshooting for additional help. If your headphones and audio jack are both working correctly you may have an outdated audio driver. Locate the audio driver for your specific computer and install the latest update and firmware.
