keyboard and trackpad not working

had it repaired by a apple technician today and he put the ribbon back in. The keyboard and trackpad was working but when i got home i noticed the force touch wasn't working so turn ed it off and on. now the keyboard and track pad isn't working at all. Any ideas how to fix it? is it easy to change the ribbon? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
