Why are there lines across the top of the screen
Why are there horizontal lines across the top 10 inches of the screen after moving tv from my old house tof my new one.

Very likely LCD damage, especially if they appeared after moving.
There are some companies which will replace the LCD, but depending on the model, it may be more cost effective to buy a new one.
