power door locks malfunctioning

all of the power door locks do not work, but the drivers side door will unlock but not lock. I do here the actuators clinking but thats it also coincidentaly the power mirrors quite working also ? any suggestions?

@wishbone , Ralph, You say you hear the actuators trying to work, which means the swithes and relays are probably working. Sounds like you may have to pull the interior door panels off to gain access to the lock actuators and free them up. Spray liberally, the lock actuators linkage and locks/linkage with some penetrating/WD 40 oil while working lock linkage up and down manually. If this does not do the trick you will have to replace the weak/faulty actuators.

This goes the same with the power mirror motors and slides, if mirrors are getting lazy/weak remove the glass and lube them up. Link below shows how to pry the tabs behind mirror to remove the glass, to enable lubing linkage/guide ring with silicone lube and second link shows some trouble shooting. Good luck.
