Water spill on keyboard, doesn't start

What is the recommendation for water damage. The MBA won't start. No signs of life at all. Approx 2oz made its way into the keyboard. Turned it upside down for about an hour then let it dry out for another day before attempting power on.

Remove the cover and check the logic board, trackpad board and trackpad cable for liquid damage. Clean with isopropyl if any is present.

If it still does not boot, and you cannot see liquid damage on the parts mentioned, the keyboard is likely the issue. On the A1369 it doesn't boot when the charger is plugged in (like the newer models), so you will have to buy a test keyboard (or palmrest assembly, more expensive but an easier repair), plug it in and test it.

Completed logic board inspection and repair of several corrosion spots, however, laptop still not functioning. Can you elaborate on keyboard solution?

Check the areas where there was liquid damage first, for damaged capacitors/resistors and burnt pins on chips. If everything looks ok, buy and plug in a test keyboard to see if it works.

Check the trackpad cable (both sides) and the trackpad board to make sure there is no corrosion or burnt pins. If it is still not working, I would recommend taking it somewhere where they can properly diagnose the Macbook
