Is there a solution to the problem of sudden death

Galaxy S Duos gt-s7582

I was talking on the phone and suddenly the phone fell to the ground and raising it when I did not find it to break or scratch, but I found it and turned off when I tried to run it fails and I've experimented with a lot to change the battery and charger, but without any results

mohammed sliman nothing sudden about that. You will have to disassemble it and take a look at the cables, connectors and the components on the board. Once you made sure that all those are working right and are properly connected, come back let us know what you find.

@mohammed1981 try to see if the troubleshooting from the manual will help to see if it is one of the caps. that got knocked off.

I have this, I actually did not find anything broken or non-Connect and I have dismantled all the phone cut off completely, and everything looks good inside

If the phone dropped on a hard surface the internal pcb may be damaged example broken track or tracks

I have opened the phone and look at the motherboard and some internal pieces, but did not see any fractures or scratches, but perhaps you're right maybe crash a small thing that can not be seen by the eye .... Thanks for the reply quickly

Yes a hairline crack is certainly a good possibility check carefully the pcb near the the input to where the charger is plugged in also the internal battery area.
