My device has doesnot starts after it updated last time! During update it restarted then after showing logo it just shows black screen with flash time by time. I can access to fastboot mod but pc doesnot detect it! I cannot go to custom recovery mode by pressing power button and volume down button! I searched online but cannot get any help! Can anyone help me with this problem?

What do you mean when you say the PC does not detect the phone in fastboot mode? Have you installed the fastboot mode drivers? The phone is detected as another device when in fastboot.
If you can still flash the OnePlus one in the fastboot mode then it is just soft bricked if you can not flash it in fastboot then the phone is hard bricked which might be solvable.
