Touch ID doesn't work after backlight change

So I was kinda forced to change the backlight during a screen repair and after I put everything back together, the phone wouldn't recognize the home button's fingerprint sensor anymore (had this "touch id isn't working, try later"-message)

Now the "home"-function is stil working and its evident that I haven't damaged the flex cable of this part. Is it possible that the backlight flex cable is somehow defective? Has anyone already had this problem?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I could easily be wrong but have you looked at mesa/mamba connector and u4100 mamba ic? I believe this corresponds to touch id but could be way off. The i6s schematic is crazy stuff lol. I'm sure you have but I'd double check the mesa connector and see if all pins make contact (in case heat was applied over it and it got nudged out of place).

I've been working with backlight a lot and am very interested in this one.
