This is the solution under normal conditions. Did anything else happen to the computer?

So tell me when this started and what changed with the computer around this time. Installed Windows 10? Spilled water on the keyboard? Installed some questionable downloads? Had to buy a new universal charger? The only way I can possibly help is to know what you noticed that coincided with this issue.

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad U430 Touch that I'm working on right now that when up try to turn it on the power button stays lit, keyboard is illuminated, & the white charging light + white power on light (on right side) are lit but display is black (also on but blank). After many hours of searching I discovered it is possibly linked to Graphics Card update. The suggestion was to remove graphics card and then put it back in...I'm about to try this & I'll let you know how it turns out. I've already tried removing the battery and plugging power cord in then holding power button for 30 seconds. That didn't work but I believe your issue and this one are related to graphics card update. Thanks for the additional info.
