How to Replace a headphone jack

my headphones broke inside my headphone jack and wont come out. So I was wondering if it is possible for me to replace the headphone jack as a whole.

It is possible, but it is soldered onto the logic board. You have to remove the old one using heat, pulling it away from the board, and being careful not to move any resistors or capacitors nearby. Then you have to get another one to fit (I take them from dead boards, can't seem to find any new ones) and solder it on.
