Why doesn't my laptop hold a charge?
My computer doesn't stay on unless I keep the computer plugged into the wall. The battery stays at zero percent.

If the battery won't hold a charge and the laptop won't continue operating when unplugged from a power source this means the battery is "dead" and needs to be replaced.
