Why is does my Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL phone keep rebooting?

My Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL keeps rebooting and will not come on. I have held 10 second off button and the volume button. If gave me a restart device. I did that. Im lost can someone help me please? :-)
