You could try contacting PDP Support (for North America) and ask if the microphone is available as a spare part.

im having the same problem.ive been trying that 1800 number but never can get to customer service
I contacted them through the website customer service by creating an account and then submitting a request for a replacement mic they sent me one for my son no problem.

As long as you don't live in the U.K. apparently as they don't ship over here, very poor

Hi there, I contacted pdp in America as my son has broken his microphone for the AG9+. And they only post to America? Yes it was physical damage, so I dont know if it's under guarantee then they might. Rubbish service from them
