I try to return my LENOVA 5070 laptop to factory settings but I cant find the controls. also I lent my computer to some one and it now seems to be connected to a work group and I cant delete it. also something called Dev tools seems to have control of my computer preventing me from making any changes. as I don't know much about computers any help would be appreciated

Dev tools should only affect google chrome as it is a development tool for chrome. If Dev tools is an unwanted program remove it either by removing it in the control panel in add and remove programs or if you want to get a more complete removal use a program like Revo uninstaller. This will remove registry entries and all residual files. As for resetting the to factory settings it depends what version of windows your using. you can go here

Then type in restore windows and select from the drop down what version of windows your running. Hope this helps

Another way of doing it, simple and easy. Go to start menu and search, "reset". click on Reset this PC. Under the recovery tab you can then click on Get started under Reset this PC, Follow the prompts that apply.
