When having trouble seeing through the eyepiece, first make sure there is no dirt or particles blocking the lens. If not, the glass may be damaged or broken. See this guide for repair and replacement instructions.

For the eyepiece? If you mean viewfinder, this series of cameras has settings to change between the screen and viewfinder. Play around in the menu and you’ll find it.
