Startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically

So I booted up my pc for the first time and this came up:

Problem Signature:

Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline

Problem Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385

Problem Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385

Problem Signature 03: unknown

Problem Signature 04: 1647

Problem Signature 05: AutoFailOver

Problem Signature 06: 1

Problem Signature 07: NoRootCause

Anyone know what the cause of this error is and how to solve it? Cheers :)

Is this a custom build ? did you just install windows for the first time. and where did you get your copy of windows?

Options

Boot the computer while pressing F8. then have it start-up from the Last Known time it was working. See if that helps. If it boots up then you should go here. (If it doesn't then it is up to you what to do.)

Install all 8 Windows 7 updates.

Then do the rest of the updates using the Normal Windows Updates.
