The fan control is kind of different on Retina MacBook Pros for some reason, the SMC waits a while until kicking in the fans to high gear to cool down the laptop properly. The temperature isn't being increased very high by the testing program you're running. MacBook Pros usually go up to 105 C before throttling - try running Furmark for a long time, and if the fans stay at ~2000RPM even if the processor temperature reads over 95, then you may have a SMC or fan controller problem.
