Why won’t the screen display anything while the device is powered on?

The device is showing signs of power but nothing is displayed on the screen.

Hi @devontaroofe ,

Did this start happening suddenly, or was it gradual? If you shine a flashlight on it, can you see a very faint image? If so, then your backlight has failed.

I see that you have a few other questions posted about this laptop. If I may, I would suggest that you combine them into one question in order to streamline information gathering dissemination.

Hey Devonta,

The problem may be within the LCD of the laptop. If not you could have a faulty motherboard. If go this link here, there is a troubleshooting guide that can help address your problem.
