Green light doesn't work (red light does) on display

the light displaying the coffee strength selection or the steam option is not working - you can see the image faintly in gray but the green light itself doesn't come on - the red light is working fine. I imagine this is just a simple burnt out light repair - but where do we get the light bulb and how do we replace it?

I don't think the problem is the light failure.

The Red light indicates there is a problem with the machine:

Warning signals (Red Colour)

Close the service door

No coffee beans in the coffee bean hopper. After refilling the hopper, the cycle can be restarted.

The Brew Group must be inserted into the machine.

Turn off the machine. After 30 seconds, turn it on again. Try this 2 or 3 times.

If the machine does not start, contact the consumer care help line at the phone number listed on the last page of

this document.

The problem is the light,the machine is working fine. The green light failed in the first year of use, the display is working. Sometimes comes to life just to die a few moments later.

I have exactly the same problem with mine. I don't think the problem is the hardware - I believe there is a software bug which causes the problem. The green display on mine quite working after one decalk cycle. It quit working for 2 years... then mysteriously worked fine one day. And it never worked again since then - again only the green display but other things works perfectly fine on the machine.

Same with mine the green light went out, but everything else works fine . Expensive machine to fail so quickly !
