iPhone6 went swimming. Still not working.

A few weeks ago, my phone went for a swim with me in a freshwater lake. Pulled it out, dried it off and opened all ports and put into bag of rice. Plugged in, changed the battery and the lightning port assembly on it. Still no power. Any suggestions?
