phone being cracked and also touch screen not responding

I recently dropped my phone and it's showing black liquid on it, my phones three buttons on the bottom isn't working also and the touch screen isn't responding how much would this cost

It varies on the model of phone you have? What is the model number of your phone? Supplying your model number may help others give you an idea of the cost of a replacement display at least.

For the cell phone you are referring, the fixing cost shouldn't be high. The spare parts are not expensive.
