First, ensure your charging cable and outlet are functioning properly. If one of these are not functioning, your tablet may just be dead and not able to charge due to a broken charging cable or outlet. If this does not restore power to your tablet, the battery is more than likely damaged and will need to be replaced in order to restore the tablet's functionality. Check out the troubleshooting page for the the Insignia Flex 10.1 NS-P16AT10 for more information about your tablet.

There are some easy ways to make your device boot again

1. Long-Press the Power Button or Remove the Battery

2. Charge Your Device

3. Perform a Factory Reset From Recovery Mode

if your device refuses to boot even after you hold the power button, swap out the battery, and charge it fully — or if it’s still malfunctioning after a factory reset — it may be broken.

1. Turn off the Tablet. Do this by long pressing the Power button.
