You can try this, it worked for me. I just let me battery run all the way down. Recharge and that has seemingly fixed the problem.

The reset is inside the audio jack at the back. Took like an hour to put that together lol. Dont take it appart just push button and done.

Hi, your advice on the position of the reset switch at the bottom of the earphone jack socket was a master stroke, as it’s a bit longer than an Apple key, I used a paper clip, felt it click and switched the speaker off, switched the speaker on normally all works fine. Thank you.

@alanlroberts yours was the very best! and it worked. The worst of it was the speaker is my dads and he has warned i should stop tampering with his stuff. Imagine my worry when his speaker froze.

Thank you very much. And guys in @alanlroberts advice,if you don't have a paper clip, you can use two pair of sewing needles

So helpful. I was push all the small holes on the top of the speaker but nothinh happen. No one tell details like yours. Never imagine the hole reset is on the audio jack. I was reading somewhere it can be the hole of mic indicator etc. So many holes but even in the manual they do not mention exactly the reset button itself. Thanks to you.

Worked for me on my Antimi Bluetooth speaker! I cut the pointy end off a round toothpick and used that to reset via the headphone jack. It was quite easy. Letting it drain the battery down completely works, too, but takes too long.

Thank you very much.
