My new screen I got from you guys become foggy and discoloured and then then goes back to normal why is that? Is it a damaged digitizer ?

Could you possibly provide pictures of the screen malfunction? also how long its it staying foggy and is the issue reproducible ( is there something in particular that can be done to cause it to malfunction or is it random).
