Why my iPhone doesn't activated after a backup

I backup my i phone and it is not activated but in the screen sais that my sim card it doesn't seems to be supported...so what do i do??????

Options

Try aeroplane mode off then on again in settings

Try hard reset- press and hold power and home for 10 sec apple appears then leave to boot

Try restore in iTunes

Try dfu

Do first.... If no success move to next one. Hopefully it just needs reset
