Why do I have blue outlined rectangles bouncing all over my screen,?

My iPhone 6 has just started bouncing blue outlined boxes to each segment of my screen from top to bottom and then repeats

loejstrin, Found this fix searching through some forums and cell guide, you may have accidentally turned on the voice over feature on iOS.

There are 2 ways to turn off the voice over feature on iOS, Tap on your Home Button 3 times quickly (Triple-click) until the blue box disappears.

2nd way has you go into Settings > General > Accessibility see link below for all instructions. Good luck.

Same thing happened on my iPhone 11. A colored, rectangular box encircled whatever IT deemed the most important info. The words “back”, “return”, “select”. It was MAKING ME NUTS! THEN, I did some Googling, saw that touching the home button three times might fix it. iPhone 11. No home button. . Instead, I pushed in the main, right side control bar three times and… THE RECTANGLES DISAPPEARED! I am so happy now. Thanks!
