Lcd turns off when home button is pushed

Just done a screen replacement. Done plenty with no problems.

Customer tested her phone before leaving, as she was uncomfortable giving me her pin.

An hour later. I get a message saying that sometimes when she presses the home button, the screen will turn off.

She says that it'll only do this from the lock screen.

Any ideas before I ask her to drop it back off and check the connections are fine?
