How to clean this coffee maker completely

We have fluids and tablets to clean the water reservoir, but do not know how to clean the clean bean area.

When I put out the flat, slider drawer, above the large reservoir that catches the used coffee pucks of used grounds, there is a caramilzed residue on the end of the flat slider drawer.

How do I get into the bean grinding area to clean it out? I do not want to damage the grinder. This residue is causing the machine to "bind" so I can't use it until I remove this discharge.

first clean it with hot soapy water then take it outside and rinse it off with the sprayer on your hose the pressure will help loosen the stuck on stuff

let dry compleatly before you use it. I would say at least 24 hours or more
