Why is my tablet taking blurry pictures?

Whenever I try to take a picture with my Galaxy Tab it turns out blurry or out of focus. None of the settings are making the picture any clearer.

If your Samsung Galaxy Tab is taking blurry pictures, the problem could be as simple as moisture buildup on one of the camera lenses. Moisture can build up on both the exterior and interior lenses.
