Camera failure when I install screws

I placed the motherboard of my phone onto a new digitizer I got from ebay after breaking my glass and digitizer. It came complete. Only thing missing was the motherboard. So I used everything they sent me. After I put all the screws on the midframe, I noticed my main camera was failing. If I took out the screws and pulled back a bit on the glass from midframe it would work. As soon as I press on top of screen onto midframe or attached top screws, camera would fail. Anyone come across this. Something must be shorting out. I've taken it apart so many times but no idea.

My guess is incorrect model of screen assembly. That is if the screen comes with frame preassembled. It would only happen on certain models.

I was able to get mine to work, had to file down everywhere around the vibrator because it didn't fit exactly but now it works perfectly fine. The issue was that one was a sprint logicboard, the other an AT&T.
