HELP! iPhone 6 replacement won't unscrew

i got the battery out and i was doing the screws on the top plate and the bottom left one refuses to move... i don't want to break the phone but need to finish fast PLEASE HELP

Options

Nothing on the phone should require any force. I use a #00 driver for those screws.

Is the screw stripped?? I dont know what kind of repair you are doing but if you apply gentle upward pressure on the plate as you try to unscrew it that may help the screw grip and come unscrewed :)
