No video at all when tv is turned
Tv has audio but no video. No video when tv is on. Not even the Samsung logo is displayed when the tv is turned on.

Dear Donald,
I recommend checking if your cables are connected in the way they should for both display and audio.
You might use a cable that is only ment for audio or the wrong output on you cable box.
