Battery white wire soldering pin destroyed

Hello guys,

when i replace battery i destroyed white wire solderig position.

On wich pin conection point is posible to soldering white wire now?

What is the function of white wire?

That solder contact passes through the board, so you maybe able to attach it from either side.

Have you carefully removed all the solder:

[linked product missing or disabled: IF145-079]

I've found if I desolder those contacts first, the job goes much smoother and the end result is cleaner.

Yup, only thing I'd add would be -- the white wire is for a temperature sensor (thermistor). It is used by the charging circuit to measure the temperature of the battery to determine when to stop charging. If you don't connect it, you should be able to discharge the battery but may or may not be able to charge it.
