How do I remove the "unknown user" option?
When I call someone they say that it comes up as an "unknown user" - i would like to remove this and make my number identifiable. How do I do this?

Is your telephone service set up to block your number from being sent on every call?
Check with your telephone service provider regarding whether this is the case.
Your phone service may have the option which is known as call number blocking with override. This is where you dial a code number + the number you wish to call and your number will be sent to the called party. This is a one time use feature, i.e. you have to dial the code every time for your number to be sent to the called party.
The code numbers used are different for every telephone service provider so you need to go to your telephone service provider's website and search for 'call number blocking' and see what information is provided regarding the facility.
